Moving is stressful enough. We clean the empty home top to bottom so you get your deposit back or walk into a spotless new place.
A move-out clean and a move-in clean cover the same empty rooms, but they answer to different people. A move-out is judged by someone else — the landlord, the property manager or the buyer doing the final walk-through — so the work goes first where they look first: inside the oven and fridge, inside every cabinet and drawer, the grout and the floor edges. A move-in is judged by you, before your furniture arrives, and its job is to clear out whatever the last occupant left behind. Tell us which one you are booking and we plan the visit around it.
We clean the whole empty home — cabinets inside and out, appliances, bathrooms, floors, and every corner — ready for the final walk-through.
Landlords, tenants, and realtors across the region call us to make the handover easy.

Emptied and wiped, ready for the next tenant.
Oven, fridge, and dishwasher — cleaned inside and out.
Vacuumed and mopped, edges and corners included.
Bathrooms, closets, and walls spot-cleaned for the final walk-through.
Move-in and move-out cleaning is priced by the job, never by the hour, and you approve the number before we start. It usually costs more than a standard visit because an empty home gets cleaned in places a lived-in home never does: inside every cabinet and drawer, inside and behind the appliances, and across the whole floor instead of around the furniture. What moves the price most is the square footage, the number of bathrooms and how long it has been since the last professional clean. Call (978) 398-9586 with those three details and we will give you a firm figure on the call.
Book the clean for the gap between the last box leaving and the final walk-through, and call as early as you can. In Lowell, handover dates cluster around the student housing in Pawtucketville and the rentals in The Acre and Back Central, so the days when leases turn over fill up first. If a few things have to stay in the home on the day, tell us in advance — we will work around them, but we cannot clean under what we cannot move. And if nobody has cleaned the place properly in a long time, say so on the call: that first pass is closer to a deep clean, and we would rather quote it honestly.
If you want to see exactly what gets done before you book, we published our full move-out cleaning list, room by room: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, entry and hallways, in the order that stops a room being cleaned twice, plus the spots a landlord checks first at the walk-through. It also spells out what a move-out clean does not include — carpet steam cleaning, wall painting, repairs and hauling away furniture or rubbish are separate jobs. Use it as a checklist if you are doing part of the work yourself, or send it to your landlord so everyone agrees on the scope.

We clean everything a landlord checks — inside cabinets and appliances, grout, floor edges. We cannot promise a landlord decision, but we remove the cleaning reason for withholding.
Ideally yes. An empty home cleans faster and properly: we can pull appliances out and reach the floor edges furniture was covering.
Inside cabinets and drawers, the oven, fridge and dishwasher inside and out, bathrooms and closets, floors vacuumed and mopped with the edges and baseboards, and walls spot-cleaned for the final walk-through.
Yes. It is the same empty-home clean: a move-out is prepared for the landlord’s or buyer’s walk-through, and a move-in clears whatever the previous occupant left before your furniture arrives.
By the job, never by the hour. You approve the price before we start and it does not change unless you ask us to add something.
Sometimes, depending on the day. Call (978) 398-9586 and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit you in rather than promise and cancel.
Yes — we bring everything, including equipment. If you prefer we use specific products in your home, tell us and we will.
