What each visit covers, room by room
Every recurring visit works through the same checklist in the same order, so nothing depends on memory or on how busy the day is. Why the first visit is different
The first visit on a recurring plan is almost always longer and costs more than the ones after it. That is not a catch — it is the cost of getting the home to a baseline. Build-up behind appliances, mineral scale in showers, dust on trim and door tops: none of that came from the last two weeks, and none of it comes off in a standard visit. Once it is done, the recurring visits hold the line instead of fighting it. If it has been six months or more since a professional clean, we will quote that first visit as a deep clean and tell you so before you book.
